仍在雅思考试之路上奋战的烤鸭们注意了，现在，与大家分享一下在雅思听力考试中常考的一些场景，比如租房场景。
这种题型，以前看人也介绍过，并且很详细，我在北京雅思长沙分校上雅思培训班的时候，老师把这些总结在了一起，我给大家分享一下。
1、辨别是租房还是买房。For lease与for sale
2、房子的类型有：flat, apartment, dormitory(dorm), student hostel, youth hostel
3、一般房子有的家电或设施有：bedroom, kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, air-condition, electric fan, radiator 冷却器电暖炉, electric stoves
4、床上用品有：pillow枕头， pillow case, bed linen被单和枕套，sheet被单被褥，mattress床垫，blanket毯子，towel手巾毛巾
5、房子位置：Road(Rd.), Street(St.)，lane小路\巷
6、门厅的叫法：hall, lobby, porch
7、租房的规律为： 离市中心越近，房价越高，位置稍偏，价钱会比较有吸引力。
8、但便宜的房子一般有不理想的地方：
not near the center, not near the railway station, fall from the bus stop, near the airport, noisy, shared kitchen, insects, a stranger in the next bed, have no privacy, have to prepare some repellant，insects haunting.
9、另外电话询问看房子时：
Is it available now? when will it be available?.(audiy.com)
Is there a telephone? How far is it from……? Is it furnished?
What is the rental price? How is it cooled /heated?
PS: Furnished意为配备家具。
